Test must be scheduled with the laboratory at least one week in advance of draw. Please call ADx Immunology lab at 303.398.1344 to schedule testing.

Specimen must arrive at National Jewish within 24 hours of collection. DO NOT CENTRIFUGE.

**Must send with Normal Control from healthy unrelated individual.**
